Sketches

Thumbnail sketches & initial ideating for a collection with each object featuring faceted surfaces inspired by the geometry of lemon sections. The designs were later refined through clay model making.

Making process

The intensive process involves the steps of carving positives, making plaster molds, casting, removing from the mold, cleaning up to prepare for bisque firing in the kiln & finally glazing.
